Bulk Ordering & Drop Shipping

At Custom Cookie Co.  we want to make your bulk gifting simple

We know it is time consuming to place orders on the website when you are sending to multiple recipients. But don't worry, we can help!  If you have over 5 recipients to ship to, just email orders@customcookieco.com with the following information:

• Product selection and QTY per recipient
• Logo to print (if any)
• Sprinkle color preference (or ask us to match)
• Ribbon color preference (or ask us to match)
• Gift note to read
• Requested delivery date
• Ship-to spreadsheet <--click link to download spreadsheet

Once we have this information, we can take it from there.  We will put together your invoice and email it over for payment.  After that, we will send tracking numbers to you to ensure delivery.

 *Don't forget to check your addresses!  Shipping carriers charge a $16 address correction fee if they need to fix or find a recipient.  These charges are passed on to our customers.  A great way to verify addresses is through the USPS Address Check System but there are also some companies out there who will bulk check your entire list.
